Summer season with its scorching heat calls for special attention to the human body. With the mercury reaching an all-time high, the sweltering heat requires that you make changes in your diet for your body to cope with the high temperatures.
Child Obesity
Child obesity is one of the most common health problems of childhood, which may also have impacts to a person’s health during adult life (usually overweight children have a high probability to become obese adults).
