Depending on the legislation of each country outside the European Union, there may be tax or duty fees, restrictions on the sale of certain products, or the sale of certain products may not be allowed at all. You will be notified by email in case of such a problem.
Our packages arrive with next day delivery to most locations of the countries we ship to, in a packaging that ensures our products to stay fresh for up to 2 days. We have researched in detail the packaging materials and the ice packs needed for each set of ingredients to make sure that they will arrive fresh and not frozen to your doorstep. If for any reason (i.e. Courier delay, strike etc) the package arrives in more than 24 hours after our shipping date/time, please do not consume the ingredients and contact us to send you a replacement or credit a gift card. Parcels are delivered between 9am to 5pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Deliveries on Friday are also available upon request.
